The current oil and exchange rate margin is 10%. Next regulation is July 1st 2010.
Oil and exchange rate margin is a seperate price to regulate the volatile oil prices and/or exchange rate (USD).
The margin is a percentage of the sum of
- Handling in depositing harbour
- Sea freight
- Handling in destination harbour
The oil and exchange rate margin is calculated six times a year.
